For products purchased online and delivered within Australia, we will accept returns for change of mind within 14 days from date of receipt, or if faulty. For change of mind returns, items must be unworn with tags still attached. Please note that the buyer is responsible for cost of returns and tracking must be provided.
For products purchased online and delivered outside of Australia, we will accept returns for faulty items only.
How to start a Return or Refund request?
You can create a new return request by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All you need is your order number and email address with which you placed the order, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
What happens if my product is faulty?
In the unlikely event that you happen to find a fault with the product, we will like to help resolve this problem. If your product was delivered in Australia, you can create a new returns request by following the returns policy (outlined above).
Please take photos of the fault to further support your claim.
What are my options when I return my item?
Whether your item was faulty or you've just changed your mind , Patter Panda provides three options:
1) Exchange for an alternate size or colour (subject to stock availability)
2) Store Credit to your Patter Panda account
3) Refund to your original payment method (e.g Paypal or Credit Card)
On occasion, your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by Patter Panda. If your replacement is not available, your online account or account with which you paid (e.g. credit card, PayPal) will be refunded.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your refund has been approved and you have received your number to complete your return, simply send the item back to us. Upon receipt of the item we will refund/credit your account in approximately 3-5 business days.
What will happen if my product was purchased with a Gift Card/Store Credit?
If any product has been purchased with store credit, you will be credited with a coupon of the same amount. If you don't have an account, you will be asked to create one or one will be created for you by our Customer Service Team.
